Apparently, it is a common problem with the Sensodrive is 'snow mode'. The gearbox can become stuck in 2nd. Looks like a dealer job.

As JG says, it is a common gripe with that gearbox l am afraid. l am aware of at least one that has been back to the dealers three times and still is not right, and it is not alone.
