It should not need any parts except maybe an oil and filter change which amounts to about £15!!!! these main dealers really are a rip off

the 119 will be an interim svc & the 199 will be a major service. it is important to have ur car serviced as they will change all the oil & filters for you. on a major service it will include things like spark plugs. it sounds like a special offer service, as services r not normally this cheap at a main dealer. u can take it to any garage, but just make sure that they use genuine citroen parts, they r vat registered & more importantly they stamp ur book as when u come to sell it u can prove that it has a full svc history! if u do take the offer up at citroen which seems a very good offer included in that is the knowledge that they r fully trained citroen mechanics & all their parts will come with a 12 month warranty! Also with is saying it includes parts labour & vat it means that there r no hidden costs as some garages will advertise a cheap service & miss the vat off. l work for renault so l know how important servicing ur car can be! good luck x x x

The fact that ur dealer has sent this letter means that u should not use them. They should know which service that ur car is due for, the fact that they do not means that they're just angling for money.
Get a personally recommended independent local garage to do the work, & stick with them - trust is everything with garages. If u can not get a friend or family member to recommend a garage, let me know exactly where u r & l will check the Which? Local directory for garages near you.
