my electric windows dont work

If both do not work, check the fuse or the control relay. If one, check the switch and the motor. Get a Haynes manual, circuit diagrams are easy to follow and text should help you locate and test the components.

sometimes the switches come apart that is the least expensive to try but l have known the window regulators to pack up if your not sure ask a garage and they will diagnose it for you.

Check all fuses if this is the electric windows they can fail, it does depend on what model it is whether it is a saxo, xsara, xantia etc. But if the fuses seem in GWO. Then get a Haynes manual and have a look at it. If that fails, l would suggest taking it to a local garage.

Unfortunatly citroens are well known for having shoddy electrics it could be anything if its just one window l would try swapping switches over really easy to do if all windows dont open id get a diagnostic done £60
