l recently bought an 06 c3 exclusive 1.6 Auto but it does not appear to have a full beam. Why is this? And if it does how do you use it?

All modern cars have full beam.

Try reading ur owners manual, if u can not operate ur car then u should not drive as u r a danger to other road users, what else do u not know how to do?
(left pedal is for stopping by the way, usually the middle one but u obviously can not change gear either!)

The full beam is located on the lighting stalk (duh)
To use it flick the lighting stalk towards you. This will turn on full beam if u r on dipped beam, or if ur lights r off it will give u a single flash.
If it truly does not work then u obviously have a problem, in which case u have wasted ur time by asking this question as ur car is still covered by the standard 3 year manufacturer is warranty, so instead of asking people on (who for the most part know nothing about ur car) then u should be asking the technicians at ur local Citroen dealer to fix it for free.
