P0606 is apparently an ECM/PCM Processor Fault. You can buy ''Plug & Play'' processors where you do not need to take the vehicle into a dealer to be re programmed, or obviously you can take it in and let the specialists deal.
l am a woman and would most definately be tempted by the latter, it all depends on how confident you feel whether you ''Try this at home!''
