X reg Citron Saxo battery runs low after a few days.

l car not find any items that appear to be left switched on. How can l test to find power leakage

Its either the battery or the alternator. Try charging the battery the re-install and see if it goes flat on it own, if it does its the battery thats failing to hold the charge. If it doesnt then its the alternator thats failing to charge your cars battery whilst your driving!! check your earth too. good luck

it is a short,maybe a worn thru wire,or a light such as the trunk,or glove compartment light isnt switching off.could just be a weak battery.

have you replaced your battery if so then check your altinator as it might not be charging your battery you can check this with a meter

Easy to test: shut down the engine and get your key out of the starter, then get a low voltage test and put it between the battery and one of its connections (remove one of the connector from the battery and leave the second one). If you see electric current on the test, it means u have a problem. Otherwise, turn on the engine and disconnect the battery while the engine is running: if the engine stops it means your alternator (dynamo) is malfunctionning.
