the radio has a code that is unique ti its self,the manufacture will hold that info you can get it by exchanging your details as in registration number and chassis code with them and should be able to give the code to you.if not the radio can be removed and you can take it number of places that will DE-CODE IT for you for a fee of about ten quid if not less.
