My problem is posted earlier (under rev counter problem). My car kept running albeit on reduced power and I've got used to it. However, now when l drive around 70mph the 'brakes worn' light comes on (dimly) and the radio crackles like crazy. When l slow down, the light goes off and the radio stops crackling. It is obviously an electrical 'signal sending' problem. l had a diagnostic done and it came up with 4 'problems'. 1) No 37 A/C compressor relay circuit...l do not have A/C....2)No 14 Injection begin sensor......3) No 144 Injection Begin Control and 4) Valve injection begin. Now then experts, which part is causing me the problem, in which order do l replace the above parts to try to rectify it, and what is the cost of each of the above parts...not including fitting. Which parts would YOU replace first bearing in mind the cost of each component. Thanks for your time!

if its electrcal l would get rid of the car it will be cheaper to get an other car than play with a lot of eletrical is it might not even cure the problem!!

Had same car some years ago. Don`t know about crackling radio, but brake light could be due to low hydraulic oil. l had problem with the hydraulics & a Citroen engineer told me it pointed to the main distribution gubbins that diverted the oil to wherever it was required & would cost megabucks to replace. l met him in the pub & this was his informed opinion, without doing a diagnostic check, but he was 99.9% sure.
Pity really as l had always wanted this car & it turned out to be the worst l had ever bought.
Good luck, hope this helps u in some small way, & hope it isn`t terminal.

You say earlier about a rev counter problem & u had a diagnostic test run.Have u considered that the brake warning light is telling u it requires new pads.A lot of models do play havoc with the radio so u can,t ignore it The other side of things sounds more like a bad earth to a relay You can only take them out one at a time & see if the terminals look tarnished at all It could even be this tieing in to the radio problem so look at each one individally before looping them together Usually a common earth can be found but also check ur engine to chassis earth It can play havoc with all sensors Hope this is useful be lucky
