Could be the switch has shorted, try unplugging it under the dash or remove the fuse, if this does not help then take the car to a dealer to have them take a look.

l am sorry but l do not know. However some years ago l was waiting for my appointment at a plastic surgeons office when l noticed that the walls were full of Picasso prints. l got up and left. not much help but thought it might cheer you up. Hope someone comes up with an intelligent solution for you.Cheers
