Mileage per year is about 10,000km. The fan motor on the passenger is side never has a problem

Nobody has answered u for 6 days on this question.
l am going to guess! that the fuse is not protecting the driver is side fan from drawing too much current. When the copper wire coil of an electric motor overheats, the thin varnish insulation on the copper wires MELTS & the electromagnetic field is LOST forever.
Use an ohmmeter to test the resistance of BOTH fans. The high resistance one should be corrected. High resistance = heat withing the wiring. good luck, this is my guess.
