You cannot get bearings or seals recondition you must bey new

both the bearings and the seals will need to be replaced. standard vtr bearings will do but it may be worth upgrading to nylon seals.

Once bearings and seals are worn, it is best to replace them, l would not advise a 2nd box unless your own box is beyond economical repair and your money would be best spent reconditioning something else.
