the jack is in a moulded plastic ''chock'' box...
My question is this....
Where is it is ''OFFICAL'' location within the car?
the feet compartments are too small!

It is offical location is inside the well of the spare wheel. When you re-fit the spare wheel to the under carriage of the vehicle make sure that the flat side of the wheel is facing down then put the jack inside the wheel and the flat side of the wheel will stop the jack from falling out.
It should tell you the location in the Owners manual too.

It is usually where the spare wheel is. (Makes sense really)

l have got a picasso myself, it should be kept inside the spare wheel, unless it has been an ex-mobility car(they insist on having a wheel lock fitted after a spate of wheels being stolen)
If so then it may be in the near side(passenger)storage compartment in the boot.
If not,get in touch with the previous owner/dealer & enquire about it.
