is there some form of illumination?how to fix please.

Theres a bulb that lights up the digital mileometer, to remove the instrument panel & suround u will need a T20 torx screwdriver-

1. Remove the steering column cowl
2. Remove the visible screws on the surround & centre heater vent, there is another screw hidden underneath to the side of the steering column, it is housed in a sort of plastic cone for easy removing & refitting
3. Remove the surround & any remaining screws holding the instrument panel in place, remove the panel & unclip the connector
4. Now u can access the bulb on the rear of the panel, refitting is simply a reverse of the removal procedure
