citroen saxo vtr help.... where is fuel pipe? How many miles should i get to £10??

Hi, can someone tell me / show me where l would locate the fuel pipe under the bonet of my saxo? Also how many miles should l be getting to £10 of fuel roughly? Thanks, Dan

the fuel lines should be running up along up the bulk head in front of the driver. Based on the car getting around 35mpg you should get 60 to 70 miles? But it all depends how you drive it. If you drive it around town with a heavy right boot you wont get anywhere near that.

Not sure what mpg u should get from a VTR- all depends how u drive it really. At a guess i'd say about 35 to 40 to the gallon? The fuel pipe comes from the tank, to the filter (look under the car just forward of the nsr wheel between the sill & the tank) then the pipe goes into the car, runs under the carpet, up the bulkhead & comes out in the corner of the inner wing, between the strut top & the brake servo then runs along the bulkhead to the injector rail. Check the filter for leaks, if it has the metal type fitted a common fault is corrosion of the filter casing.
